Book Vendor Appointments
We are using a booking system called BookWhen for the event so all of your meeting appointments show up in one convenient schedule.
Click the above link to access it. Select the time slot, then ticket for each vendor to visit and add that to your cart. Continue doing this for each time and vendor you wish to visit, then click “book now” at the cart screen. You will get a confirmation email with all visits scheduled in one spot. It is possible to make edits after you have booked.
Please note that not all vendors are booking meetings.
